Associate professor of Management at the University of Trento, where he teaches Marketing and Organization studies.
His current research topics concern the use of artificial intelligence and computational models in the area of business strategies, management, marketing and communication.
He is associate editor of the International Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systems, editor of Sustainability, member of the EDASS group of the University of A Coruna, Spain, and research associate of the High Performance Computing and Networking of the National Research Council, group of Cognitive Systems for Robotics, in Palermo.
In 2018 he co-founded Y Media Analytica, an innovative start-up that operates in social media, and which mainly deals with online publishing, communication, digital marketing and analytical services.
